DR.OMOAEFE JOSEPH EJERE is a results-oriented entrepreneur and business leader with an extensive track record spanning over two decades in the hospitality management, marketing and Tourism Sector.
Recognized for consistently showcasing exceptional expertise in Corporate Leadership, Marketing, Organizational Management and Entrepreneurship.
He is an indigene of Delta State and holds a Master of Science in Peace Studies and Conflicts Resolution, Masters in Public Administration, BSc in Public Administration and a PGD in Peace studies and Conflicts Resolution.
He is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant, Fellow Integrated Institute of Professional Manager, Fellow Africa Institute of Strategy Managers, fellow Institute of Human Capital Management and Recently he bagged an honorary Doctorate Degree in Corporate Leadership, Marketing and Tourism Management from the Institute of Leadership Manpower & Management Development(ILMMD) United Kingdom.
He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO)-Grand Cubana Hotels and Cubana Signature (CUBANA GROUP) and also the Chief Operating Officer of Enviable Transport Limited a leading car rentals services, Car Leasing, Haulage, and Ride share Services in Nigeria.
Finally he is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grand Orchid Hotels, Lounge & Restaurant Abuja and Port-Harcourt.
In 2023 he was honored as the Hotelier of the year (Nigeria) by the leadership Newspaper and he has physically managed and set up over 40 hotels, Lounges, Restaurants in Nigeria and its environs.

He is a Chartered Consultant by the African Institute of Strategy Managers in Africa and also a Safety Professional. A distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant, Fellow Integrated Institute of Professional Manager, Fellow Africa Institute of Strategy Managers, fellow Institute of Human Capital Management. Fellow institute of leadership My experience in Tourism Management, Infrastructure Investing, Private Driven background, and entrepreneurial skill drives my passion Currently I am the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Cubana Group a reputable hospitality firm in Nigeria and MD/CEO Grand Orchid Hotels and Restaurants Port-Harcourt, Abuja.
